May 9th 2015. Got on the beach at 6 am, headed home before 8am with a 4 man limit of trophy striped bass and black drum. Amazing spring fishing on the Virginia barrier islands near Chincoteague in the FOG. Even released a few rock under 36″
Low water was 715. We hit them more on the falling side of slack this morning. I am sure we could have stayed and kept hammering them. 36 peelers in 2 hours. This was as good as it gets on the surf.
